The present owner of the hotel, Halım Oz is the grandson of the previous owner and was born in The Village Cave Hotel. Having spent a lifetime in such a wonderful and unique place as Cappadocia Halım is able to provide you with endless information about the” real sights and sounds of Cappadocia”. Dining & Wining: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the rock cut restaurant in winter and outdoors in summer facing the magnificent view of the St. John the Baptist church in the old town. Breakfast and all meals are prepared from natural village products.
